Radnor Veterinary Hospital is Hiring a Veterinary Hospital Receptionist Near Wayne, PA

What if you got to see dogs, cats, birds, rabbits, reptiles, and other exotic pets at work very day? If this sounds like your ideal work environment, we want to hear from you!

We are seeking a Veterinary Receptionist to provide excellent client service to our veterinary hospital and dog daycare clients. Candidates should have a background in reception and administrative support, ideally with at least one year of veterinary hospital experience.

The receptionist handles all administrative aspects of an animal's entry and exit from our facility involving computer record keeping, payment processing, vaccination and behavior tracking, and schedule keeping. Every aspect of a patient's care is managed within a database as we are a paperless practice, so computer skills are required. If you have great attention to detail, you'd be a great fit for this job!

Qualified candidates should have great customer service skills, love working with the clients and their fur families, and be able to multitask while working with our veterinary and boarding teams to keep all aspects of animal care organized.

Our full-time receptionist team works a regular weekday schedule that alternates between our hospital and indoor dog park reception desks during the week, with one Saturday morning per month. The schedule is set and includes shifts ranging from 8am - 5:30pm, 10am - 6pm, and 12pm - 8pm, along with one Saturday morning per month. After a 90-day introductory period, our full-time employees enjoy discounted pet services, vacation, health/dental/vision insurance with an annual health reimbursement allowance, and an exciting family atmosphere where animals are always our number one priority. For consideration, please email resume and cover letter. Applicants must have reliable transportation. This is a long-term career position. NO PHONE CALLS, PLEASE. Our phones are very busy, which is why we're looking for you!
